It is introduced by Dr. Robert Atkins in 1960s and it is likely to be the most advertised low-carbohydrate diet. LEARN Diet

The acronym LEARN stands for Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitudes, Relationship, and Nutrition. That pretty much sums it up. You have to maintain a healthy lifestyle, do exercises, have the right outlook, and build constructive relationships. Regarding food intake, this particular diet advises around 55-60% of energy from carbohydrate-rich foods and about 10% energy from saturated fats.

Check out other weight loss programs, look for the most ideal, stick with it, and see the results. It won’t be easy. It may take weeks at best and years at most but if you are determined, surely you can achieve your desired body weight and you can keep it.
